Crystal J. Pope, CPM
Crystal has been working with childbearing families since 2001
and has attended over 300 births. She began attending births
as a doula, providing labor support to families choosing
hospital birth, while studying to become a midwife. Crystal
completed an apprenticeship with a midwife in Michigan and
an internship at a birth center in Texas. She began practicing
as a midwife in 2005 and became a Certified Professional
Midwife in 2006. Crystal is a member of Midwives Alliance of
North America, Midwives Alliance of Pennsylvania, and
Christian Midwives International.
